2006年11月9日上午8點30分，黃晉英團長帶領所有的團員，驅車前往捷克科技大學參與iiSBE會議。趕在會議召開前的空檔，利用時間與久違不見的國際友人寒喧敘舊，加深他們對祐生之印象與認識，以助於祐生將共生化理念推廣到全世界。
　　At 8:30am, November 9, 2006, leader Huang Chin-ying took all delegates to the CTU to participate in the iiSBE meeting in order to catch the free time before the meeting to chat and meet some old international friends to deepen their impression and understanding about ARF for helping ARF to promote the symbiosis concept to the world.

　　上午的會議主要進行年度事件回顧與會務討論，並針對各工作事項，包括：科技、政策及SB07等主題，進行意見交換與溝通，黃晉英團長並在會中明確表達於2007年11月9日至11日主辦SB07 Taipei及爭取在台灣設立iiSBE地方分會的企圖心；在午餐的空檔，黃晉英團長也打鐵趁熱，再接再礪地與iiSBE理事長Andrea Moro先生敲定SB07 Taipei及iiSBE Taiwan的主導權。
　　The morning session of the meeting chiefly reviewed the annual events and discussed the iiSBE affairs, and to exchange the opinions and communicate on various work items, including science and technology, policies and SB07. Leader Huang Chin-ying expressed clearly the ambition to organize the SB07 Taipei during November 9-11, 2007 and the establishment of iiSBE Taiwan. During the free time at lunch, leader Huang Chin-ying also struck while the iron was hot and continued to confirm the leadership of SB07 Taipei and iiSBE Taiwan with iiSBE president Andrea Moro.

　　下午進行學術研討的議程，由參與的各國代表輪番上台簡報永續建築在所屬國家或地區的發展現況，台灣則由黃晉英秘書長帶領喻肇青教授、張桂鳳小姐及蘇慶華教授以Symbiosis為題發表簡報，內容以闡述祐生共生化及野生科技之概念並分享共生圈一號在台灣之實驗成果為主，並由三個研究中心依序說明研究重點與內涵，最後黃晉英秘書長也提出氣候異變對人類威脅的迫切性，並以建設台灣成為綠色矽島的願景與在場人士分享。

　　The academic seminar was held in the afternoon session. Representatives from different countries presented in turn reports on the development of sustainable building in their countries or regions. In the part of Taiwan, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying led Professor Yu Chao-ching, Miss Chang Kuei-feng and Professor Su Ching-hua to present a report on symbiosis. In the report they explained the symbiosis and WILD-TECH of ARF and shared with them the experiment achievements of the Symbiosphere 1 Center in Taiwan. They also explained the focus and content of research in terms of the three ARF research centers. Lastly, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying also stressed the urge of the threats of climate change on humans, and shared with the participants the vision of building Taiwan into a Green Silicon Island.
