為貫徹祐生國際化的腳步，並實踐解決人類生存空間問題的宗旨，繼組團參與1998、2000、2002及2005之永續建築（SB）系列國際性會議後，本會於2006年11月7日再度由黃晉英秘書長擔任團長，率領祐生建築研究中心指導教授喻肇青教授、助理馮天蔚先生；祐生環控研究中心指導教授江哲銘教授、助理張桂鳳小姐；祐生生活研究中心指導教授蘇慶華教授、助理鄭瑋寧小姐及團長助理陳秋玉小姐前往捷克布拉格參與由國際永續建築環境促進會（iiSBE）、國際永續建築環境促進會捷克分會（ csbs iiSBE CZECH）、CIDEAS及捷克科技大學土木工程學系等聯合主辦之iiSBE年度秋季理事會。
To carry out the pace of internationalization of the Archilife Research Foundation (ARF), and to realize the aim of solving problems in the space for human survival, after forming delegations to participate in the SB meetings in 1998, 2000, 2002 and 2005, the ARF again appointed Secretary General Huang Chin-ying as the delegation leader with Miss Chen Chiu-yu as her assistant to lead a delegation to participate on November 7, 2006 in the autumn meeting held in Prague in the Czech Republic by the International Initiative for Sustainable Built Environment (iiSBE), the CSBS iiSBE Czech, CIDEAS and the Department of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University (CTU). Members of the delegation included Advisor Yu Chao-ching and Assistant Feng Tien-wei of the Archilife Architecture Research Center; Advisor Chiang Che-ming and Assistant Chang Kuei-feng of the Archilife Environ-Control Research Center; and Advisor Su Ching-hua and Assistant Cheng Wei-ning of the Archilife Living Research Center.
2006年11月7日下午5點，團員們於祐生蟲洞會合後，在林俊興董事長的陪同下，搭車前往桃園國際機場。途中林俊興董事長重申此行之重點，即參與iiSBE年度理事會，發揮祐生的影響力，進而爭取成為SB08 Melbourne的Keynote Speaker及爭取主辦SB07地區性會議。
After meeting one another at the Archilife Wormhole at 5:00pm, November 7, 2006, the delegation went to the Taoyuan International Airport with the escort of President Lin Chun-shin. President Lin Chun-shin restated the foci of the trip: to participate in the iiSBE annual meeting, to exert the influence of the ARF, and to strive to be the keynote speaker of the SB08 Melbourne and the organization of regional conferences for SB07.
團員們一行於晚間8:20分搭乘華航CI063班機，中途短暫停留阿布達比即轉機維也納，在21個鐘頭後，當地時間11月8日上午10點順利抵達目的地布拉格。在下榻旅館前的空檔，團長黃晉英秘書長特別要求隨團導遊安排布拉格城堡的觀光行程，讓從未造訪過捷克布拉格之團員們一飽「歐洲」最美的城市：布拉格的明媚風光。
Members took Flight CI063 on China Airlines at 8:20pm. After transiting at Abu Dhabi, the flight headed for Vienna. In 21 hours, the delegation arrived successfully at the destination Prague at 10:00, November 8, local time. Before checking in to the hotel, leader Secretary General Huang Chin-ying specially asked the tour guide to arrange a tour to the Prague Castle in order to let members who had never been to Prague enjoy the most beautiful "European"city and the gorgeous scenery of Prague.
布拉格城堡的舊城在西元九世紀就已經建立，布拉格城的建立也由此開始。城堡位於夫塔瓦河西岸hardcany地區，可直接從城堡俯瞰市區街道。在西元十二世紀改建成羅馬式的宮殿，到十四世紀時，查理四世將它改建為哥德式的建築並擴大規模，才有今日的盛況。團員們在當地導遊的導覽下，悠遊地漫步在城堡區，累了就隨機挑選一間頗富特色的餐廳，品嚐捷克道地的家鄉味。團員們也很幸運地目睹衛兵交接的景況，總算不虛此行。
The Old Town of the Prague Castle was built around the 9th century in Prague City. The castle was located in Hardcany on the west bank of the Vltava. People could directly overlook the streets in the city from the castle. It was rebuilt in the style of a Roman palace in the 12th century.
During the 14th century, Emperor Charles IV rebuilt it in the Gothic style and expanded its scale into the spectacular building we see today. With the escort of the local tour guide, delegates strolled in the castle district. Getting tired, they picked a random characteristic restaurant nearby to taste the typical Czech food. Delegates were very lucky to see the changing of the guards, and journey had not been made in vain.
團員們結束城堡區的觀光後隨即驅車下榻旅館以養精蓄銳。為了爭取與iiSBE執行長Nils Larsson先生更多交流機會，黃晉英團長也指派張桂鳳小姐與陳秋玉小姐利用晚餐前的空檔前往參加Life Cycle Cost的研討會，邀約Nils Larsson先生一起共度晚餐。
To build up strength and store up energy, delegates headed to the hotel after the trip in the castle district. To make more opportunities for exchanging with iiSBE CEO Nils Larsson, leader Huang Chin-ying assigned Chang Kuei-feng and Chen Chiu-yu to participate in the Life Cycle Cost seminar in the free time before dinner to invite Mr. Nils Larsson to enjoy the dinner together.
研討會結束後，Nils Larsson先生一如預期地於旅館內與團員們共進晚餐，席間，黃晉英團長再次向Nils Larsson先生闡述祐生共生化的理念並展現祐生主辦SB07地區性會議的企圖心與意願。Nils Larsson先生對祐生在永續領域投入的印象也相當深刻，當場承諾舉辦SB07 Taipei的可行性，並提出整合台灣地區相關領域之資源籌立iiSBE的地方分會等方案；此外，他也建議對數位化之用語digital可再細緻精準些。為了答謝Nils Larsson先生的協調，黃晉英團長特別代表祐生致贈可孕育能量的創作杯皿，Nils Larsson先生當場即愛不釋手地把玩了起來，正所謂送禮送到心坎裡，賓主盡歡。
After the seminar, Mr. Nils Larsson had dinner with the delegates in the hotel as expected. At the dinner, leader Huang Chin-ying explained to Mr. Nils Larsson again the symbiosis concept of ARF and expressed ARF's ambition and desire to host the SB07 meeting. Mr. Nils Larsson was quite impressed by ARF's dedication to the area of sustainability, so he promised immediately the possibility of the SB07 Taipei and proposed the integration of the sources in relevant areas in Taiwan to form the iiSBE Taiwan. Moreover, he also recommended that the use of the term digital in digitization could be more refined and accurate. To express appreciation for the coordination and arrangement by Mr. Nils Larsson, leader Huang Chin-ying specially presented the creative cup which could nourish energy to Mr. Nils Larsson who immediately played with it in great delight. It was the best illustration of giving a gift to one's heart, and both the guests and the hosts thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
2006年11月9日上午8點30分，黃晉英團長帶領所有的團員，驅車前往捷克科技大學參與iiSBE會議。趕在會議召開前的空檔，利用時間與久違不見的國際友人寒喧敘舊，加深他們對祐生之印象與認識，以助於祐生將共生化理念推廣到全世界。
At 8:30am, November 9, 2006, leader Huang Chin-ying took all delegates to the CTU to participate in the iiSBE meeting in order to catch the free time before the meeting to chat and meet some old international friends to deepen their impression and understanding about ARF for helping ARF to promote the symbiosis concept to the world.
上午的會議主要進行年度事件回顧與會務討論，並針對各工作事項，包括：科技、政策及SB07等主題，進行意見交換與溝通，黃晉英團長並在會中明確表達於2007年11月9日至11日主辦SB07 Taipei及爭取在台灣設立iiSBE地方分會的企圖心；在午餐的空檔，黃晉英團長也打鐵趁熱，再接再礪地與iiSBE理事長Andrea Moro先生敲定SB07 Taipei及iiSBE Taiwan的主導權。
The morning session of the meeting chiefly reviewed the annual events and discussed the iiSBE affairs, and to exchange the opinions and communicate on various work items, including science and technology, policies and SB07. Leader Huang Chin-ying expressed clearly the ambition to organize the SB07 Taipei during November 9-11, 2007 and the establishment of iiSBE Taiwan. During the free time at lunch, leader Huang Chin-ying also struck while the iron was hot and continued to confirm the leadership of SB07 Taipei and iiSBE Taiwan with iiSBE president Andrea Moro.
下午進行學術研討的議程，由參與的各國代表輪番上台簡報永續建築在所屬國家或地區的發展現況，台灣則由黃晉英秘書長帶領喻肇青教授、張桂鳳小姐及蘇慶華教授以Symbiosis為題發表簡報，內容以闡述祐生共生化及野生科技之概念並分享共生圈一號在台灣之實驗成果為主，並由三個研究中心依序說明研究重點與內涵，最後黃晉英秘書長也提出氣候異變對人類威脅的迫切性，並以建設台灣成為綠色矽島的願景與在場人士分享。
The academic seminar was held in the afternoon session. Representatives from different countries presented in turn reports on the development of sustainable building in their countries or regions. In the part of Taiwan, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying led Professor Yu Chao-ching, Miss Chang Kuei-feng and Professor Su Ching-hua to present a report on symbiosis. In the report they explained the symbiosis and WILD-TECH of ARF and shared with them the experiment achievements of the Symbiosphere 1 Center in Taiwan. They also explained the focus and content of research in terms of the three ARF research centers. Lastly, Secretary General Huang Chin-ying also stressed the urge of the threats of climate change on humans, and shared with the participants the vision of building Taiwan into a Green Silicon Island.
晚間，在主辦單位捷克科技大學土木工程學系精心挑選的河濱餐廳裡，由黃晉英團長設宴款待參加iiSBE年度理事會的各國代表們，團員們也充分利用這個餐敘的機會，與各國代表們交流、分享彼此的民情及風俗，對與會的各國代表也有了更深一層的認識；席間，黃晉英團長也逐桌分送「祐生之歌CD」，並一一問候致意，而這些對中華文化相當好奇的各國代表們也紛紛邀請黃晉英團長於CD上留下文字以茲紀念，形成當晚的高潮。
In the evening, leader Huang Chin-ying invited on behalf of the ARF directors of the iiSBE and representatives from different countries to dinner at a riverside restaurant specially chosen by the CTU. Delegates also took this opportunity to exchange and share with representatives from different countries the culture and customs of one another from which they had a better understanding of these representatives. During the dinner, leader also distributed the Song of Archilife CD to the participants and expressed our concern for them. These representatives who were curious about the Chinese culture also asked leader Huang Chin-ying to write something for souvenir on the CD, making it the climax of the evening.
2006年11月10日，團員們兵分二路，由江哲銘教授、喻肇青教授、張桂鳳小姐及馮天蔚先生前往參加教育類與科技類之小組會議，深入了解其發展脈動；其餘團員在黃晉英團長的帶領下，陪同將於2007年主辦SB07 Seoul的韓國代表申夫人一同造訪布拉格著名的景點：舊城廣場。
On November 10, 2006, the delegation was divided into two sections. One was led by Professor Chiang Che-ming, Professor Yu Chao-ching, Miss Chang Kuei-feng and Mr. Feng Tien-wei to participate in the education and sci-tech group meetings in order to understand the movement of development of these areas. Another section was led by leader Huang Chin-ying to escort Madame Sheng of Korea which would host the SB07 Seoul in 2007 to visit the famous spot in Prague: Old Town Square.
舊城廣場位於布拉格舊城市區中央地帶，是個鋪滿石板的美麗廣場。廣場中央有一座胡斯雕像，四週則充斥著街頭藝人的表演與觀光客的身影，值得一提的是廣場一角的舊市府大樓，樓上掛著兩個大型天文鐘，據說是為了觀察宇宙天體運行而設。中午時分，黃晉英團長也挑選一間地窖餐廳款待隨行的申夫人。餐後，一行人隨即轉往查理大橋參觀。
The Old Town Square was located at the center of the old town. It was a beautiful square with stone pavement. Located at the heart of the Old Town Square was the Jan Hus Memorial surrounded by jongleurs and visitors. What were noteworthy were the two huge astronomical clocks at the Old Town Hall in the corner of the square. It was said that they were built for observing the cosmos activities. At noon, leader Huang Chin-ying treated Madame Sheng at a cellar restaurant. After the lunch, the whole group visited the Charles Bridge.
查理大橋為查理四世於西元1406年所建，橫跨夫塔瓦河上方，當年是連結布拉格舊城與新城的唯一橋樑。橋全長520公尺，寬9公尺，為了保護橋體，車輛不准通行，必須步行，在橋上眺望舊城或新城的風景皆美到不行，橋上人來人往，穿梭在街頭藝人的賣藝表演與紀念品的攤販前，好不熱鬧。橋上共有30座雕像，其中最引人注目的叫做內波穆克聖約翰（St. John Nepomuk）的雕像，據說只要觸摸他，就可以帶來好運，團員們也免不了俗留下這難忘的鏡頭。
It was built by Emperor Charles IV in 1406 running across the Vltava. It was the only bridge that connected the Old Town and the New Town in Prague. The bridge was 520m long and 9m wide. Cars were prohibited, and people must walk across the bridge. Scenes of the Old Town and New Town from the bridge were spectacular. People coming and going across the bridge shuttled across jugulars performing on the streets and vendors selling souvenirs, all was bustling. There were 30 statutes on the bridge, and the St. John Nepomuk was the most attractive. According to local customs, touching it would bring good luck. Delegates could not help to believe this custom and took a picture at this precious moment.
晚間，團員們連袂前往參加由主辦單位安排之晚宴，在一日嚴肅的研討活動結束後，與會的各國代表紛紛展現平日難得一見的一面，大口飲酒談笑，大聲唱誦代表性的歌謠，最後更忘我地翩翩起舞；為了不讓人專美於前，黃晉英團長也臨時安排蘇慶華教授及喻肇青教授先後上台高歌〝九條好漢在一班〞以及〝望春風〞等歌謠，來展現台灣的特色。
In the evening, delegates rushed to the dinner party arranged by the organizer. At the dinner, representatives from different countries expressed a rare side of themselves. They drank, they chatted and they laughed. They sang representative songs. Finally, they were oblivious of themselves and began to dance. In order not to let others be ahead of us, leader Huang Chin-ying motioned a program by arranging Professor Su Ching-hua and Professor Yu Chao-ching to sing the
Nine Brave Men in a Classand the
Bong chhun-hong respectively to display the characteristics of Taiwan.
2006年11月11日，團員們依舊兵分二路，由黃晉英團長、江哲銘教授、張桂鳳小姐及陳秋玉小姐前往參加iiSBE年度理事會，觀摩及了解iiSBE的運作現況，知己知彼供日後參考並把握最後機會邀請與會人士來台參與SB07 Taipei；其餘團員則再度造訪舊城廣場。
On November 11, 2006, the delegation was divided into two sections. One was led by leader Huang Chin-ying to participate in the iiSBE annual director's meeting to observe and understand the current status of the operation of iiSBE as a reference for future operation and seize the final opportunity to invite them to attend SB07 Taipei. Other delegates visited the Old Town Square again.
在結束了所有的會議行程後，黃晉英團長特別以午宴款待所有團員，晚上更特別安排前往布拉格劇院（Prague State Opera）聆聽著名歌劇：阿伊達（AIDA），來慰勞團員們的辛勞與付出。
After finishing all activities of the meeting, leader Huang Chin-ying treated all delegates to lunch, and even took them to the concert on Aida at the Prague State Opera to reward their hard work and devotion.
2006年11月12日，團員們一早即啟程前往搭機，途中經阿姆斯特丹及曼谷機場轉機，於11月13日返抵國門。細數此行之收獲豐碩，不僅成功爭取到SB07 Taipei的主辦權，也獲得籌設iiSBE Taiwan分會優先權，同時藉由參與iiSBE理事會，也拓展了台灣在國際上的能見度與影響力。未來我們將持續努力爭取成為SB08 Melbourne的Keynote Speaker，以及設計具台灣特色之社交節目，使祐生理念得以蔚為國際風潮。
On November 12, 2006, delegates departed for the airport very early. The flight transited the Amsterdam Airport and Bangkok Airport and arrived at the Taoyuan International Airport on November 13, 2006. When carefully counting the plentiful achievements of the trip, not only have we successfully won the hosting of the SB07 Taipei, but we also gained the priority to establish iiSBE Taiwan. Also, we have successfully increased the exposure and influence of Taiwan. In the future, We will continue to strive to be the keynote speaker at SB08 Melbourne and to design social activities with Taiwan characteristics in order to make the concepts, thoughts and ideas popular in the world.
