　　2008年度獎學金申請辦法（請詳附件）於2008年9月15日發函各大專院校計129所，公布之後共有85位申請者。本年度第一階段評審會議於2008年12月17日下午3：00假祐生研究基金會蟲洞進行評審，評審委員們對於參賽論文皆秉持其專業素養及宏觀的角度仔細評比，並來回交叉討論，深怕有遺珠之憾。經過評審委員審慎思慮後終於遴選出20位申請者可獲得第一階段獎學金(評審結果請詳附件)。

　　Letters containing details of the 2008 Scholarship Application Procedure (for details, see the attachment) were mailed to a total of 129 colleges and universities on September 15, 2008, and 85 applications were received. Commencing on 3:00 p.m. December 17, 2008 at Archilife Research Foundation Wormhole, the Judge Panel held Phase One review meeting. All members of the Judge Panel based on their professional trainings and macroscopic point-of-views and cross discussion decided the list of the winners for Phase One Scholarship.(for details, see the attachment)
